The provider operated robust recruitment checks for staff prior to employing them and provided them with ongoing training and support. People were supported to take their medicines in a safe way.”

Staff worked with agencies involved in people’s care for the best outcomes. Staff made sure people understood their care and treatment to enable them to give informed consent.”
