“This service provides care and support to people living in ‘supported living’ houses so they can live as independently as possible. People’s care and housing are provided under separate contractual agreements. CQC does not regulate the premises used for supported living. This assessment looked at people’s personal care and support.”
“This service is also a domiciliary care agency providing personal care support to people in their own homes. This was not assessed.”
“We visited the office and 4 supported living houses between 11 December 2023 and 13 December 2023. We reviewed records offsite and spoke with people’s relatives between 11 December 2024 and 02 January 2024.”
