“At the time of the inspection, the service provided care and support for 2 people with a learning disability. We assessed the care provision under Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture, as it is registered as a specialist service for this population group.”
“We carried out our on-site assessment on 09 January 2024; off site assessment activity started on 05 January and ended on 11 January 2024. We looked at 5 quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence, choice and control and Equity in experiences and outcomes.”
