The inspection record
Rated Good overall. Report published 1 September 2025.
“Date of assessment: 28 July to 12 August 2025. The service is a domiciliary care agency (DCA) registered to provide personal care. People were supported with their personal care needs to enable them to live in their own homes and promote their independence. At the time of the assessment the service supported 232 people with personal care.”
“This service is registered for use by autistic people or people with a learning disability. At the time of the assessment, no personal care was provided to anyone with a learning disability or an autistic person. However, we considered the Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture guidance during this inspection because it is registered as a specialist service for this population group. We found care was provided in line with this guidance.”
