“At this assessment we found the provider was in breach of legal regulation in relation to safe care and treatment, good governance, staffing and fit and proper persons employed. The service has been rated requires improvement.”

“The person had not always received safe care and support, and their care had not always been planned in a sufficiently person-centred way. We identified issues with needs and risk assessments and care plans, safeguarding processes, staff training, recruitment processes, record keeping and quality assurance. These issues had put the person at risk of potential harm. However, we found no evidence the person had been harmed.”
