“Date of assessment 19 May 2026. CVB Home Care Ltd is a service which is registered to support people with the regulated activity of ‘personal care’ in their own homes. There were gaps in systems, documentation, and oversight, meaning that person-centred care was not consistently underpinned by effective processes. Recording and monitoring arrangements were not always reliable, which limited the provider’s ability to evidence compliance and demonstrate consistent quality and safety.”
“We identified shortfalls in relation to processes which managed safety, risk management, staff training, and governance. These were not consistently implemented and embedded in practice at the time of the assessment. The provider had limited assurances to ensure care was safe, effective and well led and there was a lack of consistency and oversight.”
