Risk assessments were thorough, and safeguarding procedures were well understood by staff. Staff received appropriate training and supervision to carry out their roles competently.”

Feedback from people using the service, relatives and staff was actively sought and used to drive service development. Governance arrangements supported compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, and the provider demonstrated a clear understanding of their regulatory responsibilities.”
