“The inspection was carried out by 2 inspectors, 1 assessor and 2 Experts by Experience. An Expert by Experience is a person who has personal experience of using or caring for someone who uses this type of care service.”
“We completed a site visit on 6 February 2024. We looked at the following quality statements; safeguarding, involving people to manage risks, safe and effective staffing, independence, choice and control and equity in experiences and outcome. We later added, evidence of compliance with schedule 3 and fit and proper person requirements being met.”
“Following the assessment, the service has received an overall rating of good for the quality statements assessed.”
