We found the provider was meeting the values of ‘Right support, right care, right culture.’”

“People, relatives and staff spoke positively about the service and management. Staff received training to maintain high-quality care. There were enough staff with the necessary skills, qualifications and experience. People received effective and consistent care that met their needs. They were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff protected people’s privacy and dignity. Processes were in place to assess risks associated with people’s care and their home environment. People were protected and kept safe. Staff knew people’s needs, and detailed care plans were in place to help ensure people received person-centred care. Medicines were managed safely. People had choice in their care. Staff made sure people understood and were involved in decisions about their care and treatment. Accidents and incidents were investigated, action taken, and lessons learned. There was an effective quality assurance system to assess the quality of care in the service. Staff and leaders demonstrated a listening culture and were open to learning and improvements.”
