“Date of assessment 15 May 2026. Bluebird Care Redbridge is a homecare agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own houses and flats in the community. At the time of the inspection there were 61 people using the service. The assessment was carried out due to an aged rating. The service had been previously inspected on 18 January 2018 with a rating of good.”
“Leaders promoted a person-centred culture where people using the service were supported to remain independent, maintain their wellbeing and achieve outcomes that mattered to them. There was evidence of compassionate care, effective partnership working and a commitment to continuous improvement. The service had established governance systems, electronic care records, incident management processes and quality assurance mechanisms to monitor safety and quality.”
