Staff were knowledgeable about how to raise any safeguarding concerns and felt confident any issues they raised would be addressed. Staff worked in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act and respected people’s choices and decisions.”

“The service was well managed and there were effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service. The management team listened to feedback from people, relatives and staff to continually improve the service. Staff and managers worked very well in partnership working with other professionals to ensure people’s needs were met. They also organised some community events and charitable fundraising activities, to help aid connections within the local community. Staff were motivated and felt very well supported by the management team.”
