“Date of assessment: 11 June to 16 July 2026. This was our first inspection of the service since the provider registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC). The service is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of the assessment there was 1 person using the service.”
“The provider had a learning culture where people could raise concerns. Staff received supervision and appraisals. However, staff did not always have the right knowledge and training. Medicines were not always well managed. Information was not always recorded accurately. Records did not always show people received care in line with their care plans.”
