We carried out this assessment to confirm whether the rating of good remains accurate. This report does not provide detailed information on areas where we found practice continues to meet a good standard. Instead, our findings focus on any areas where the service needs to improve or where we found exceptional practice.”
“The service continued to provide good-quality care and support. People’s needs were assessed and reviewed, and staff involved them in decisions about their care. People were supported to make choices, maintain their independence and receive care that reflected their individual needs and preferences. Staff understood their responsibilities and were supported through training, supervision and ongoing monitoring of their practice. A member of staff said, "I feel completely supported here."”
