Staff protected their privacy and dignity, they treated people as individuals and supported their diverse needs.Leaders were knowledgeable and supportive of staff and shared a positive vision and culture. They sought feedback from people and relatives and they responded to concerns or complaints. People’s communication needs were assessed and staff understood these. Staff worked with other professionals involved in people’s care to work towards the best outcomes for their health and care needs.”
