“Risks were assessed and mitigated. People’s medicines were managed safely. Staff had received an appropriate level of training and felt well supported.”

“People’s needs were assessed prior to them using the service. Staff said they worked well together as a team. There was information in people’s care plans about their health conditions and how these affected people.”

“Staff spoke positively about the management of the service. Staff said they felt able to raise any concerns and felt listened to. The manager had good oversight of the service.”
