“People received safe care and support from staff who were well trained and qualified to meet their needs. People’s care needs were met in an effective way. There was oversight in place to monitor missed, late and cancelled calls. People were treated with kindness and compassion.”

“Appropriate recruitment checks were in place to help ensure staff employed were suitable to care for people safely. The provider supported staff wellbeing and staff felt supported to give feedback. Staff were treated equally, free from bullying or harassment. Staff understood their roles and responsibilities.”

“Leaders were visible and supportive, helping staff develop in their roles. This provider is required to have a registered manager to oversee the delivery of regulated activities at this location. At the time of our inspection a manager was in post and registered with the Care Quality Commission.”
