We carried out a comprehensive assessment of 3D Healthcare Solutions Limited, which is a domiciliary care agency and supported living provider for older people and younger adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.”

“We found people were supported to receive safe support from a consistent staff team who knew them well and understood risks and how to support people positively. Staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities and told us they were confident to raise concerns internally or externally if needed. Staff had a good understanding of how to support people with health risks and supporting people to transfer safely.”

When people’s needs changed staff supported them to access health and care professionals to enable them to receive joined up care. Staff maintained a culture where people were prioritised, respected and supported to lead fulfilling lives.”
