These Care Survey Terms apply when you take part in a care survey on www.yourcarehome.co.uk. They should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Comments Policy.
Our care surveys collect experiences, opinions and feedback about care homes, home care providers and related care services, to help other users research and compare options and to help us improve the Site.
Taking part is voluntary. You should only submit a response where you have a genuine experience or view that you are lawfully entitled to share.
When you submit a survey response, you confirm that it is truthful and based on a genuine experience, that it does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, abusive or unlawful content, and that it does not identify or reveal confidential information about residents, service users, staff or other individuals unless you are lawfully entitled to do so.
We may use survey responses to operate and improve the Site, to compile reviews, ratings, summaries or aggregated insights, and to support our services. Published content may be visible to the public. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include personal contact details or information identifying other people unless you are entitled to do so.
We may review, verify, edit, refuse, remove, relabel, summarise or deprioritise any survey response, in line with our Comments Policy. We do not guarantee publication, ranking or permanence of any response.
Survey content is provided to help users with their own research. It is not medical, legal, financial or regulated care advice, and is not a recommendation that any provider or arrangement is suitable for any person. You remain responsible for carrying out your own checks.
We may update these Care Survey Terms from time to time. The latest version published on the Site will apply.
If you have questions about a care survey, please contact us through our contact page.
