Report published 8 December 2025
“Date of Assessment:16 to 23 October 2025.The service is a residential care home providing support to older people and younger adults living with dementia, mental health needs or sensory impairment. The assessment was carried out in response to concerns we had received from a relative of a person, who had used the service, about their care at the service. We were satisfied these concerns had been addressed and we found significant improvements since our previous assessment.”
“The provider needed to improve the management of medicines to ensure people’s medicine did not run out and they received their medicines as prescribed. Medicine audits needed to improve to identify the concerns we found.”

People were protected and kept safe. Staff understood and managed risks. The facilities and equipment met people’s needs, were clean and well-maintained and any risks mitigated.
