“The registered manager had implemented changes to the governance systems, so they had oversight of the service. The management team worked well with healthcare partners and safeguarding concerns were managed effectively.”

“Staff said managers were approachable, supportive and listened to them. Managers worked closely with colleagues and people who used the service to ensure care standards met desired expectations.”
