“Together Nest Lane is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to up to 8 people. At the time of the assessment, 1 person was in receipt of personal care. Our assessment activity started on 28 February 2024 and ended on 11 March 2024. A site visit to gather people’s experiences and observe care practices was carried out on 28 February 2024. As part of the assessment we looked at 8 quality statements: Safeguarding; Safe environment; Supporting people to live healthier lives; Kindness, compassion and dignity; Independence, choice and control; Listening to and involving people; Freedom to speak up and Governance, management and sustainability.”
