“The assessment took place on 30 July 2024. The assessment was planned in response to concerns raised about the management of risk at the service. We did not identify any breaches of regulation and the service remains rated Good.”
“People were safe at the service and staff knew how to protect people from abuse. People were supported to have choices and control in their lives in as safe a way as possible. Staff knew about the risks people faced and how best to support them. Staff had been trained and safely recruited. People’s needs were holistically assessed. Staff were kind and caring and supported people to be as independent as possible. People’s care and support was person centred and people’s equality needs were met. Staff and the management ensured people were able to live how they wanted to live.”
