“Date of assessment 31 May 2024 to 8 July 2024.”
“This assessment was prompted in part due to concerns received about incident management and safeguarding concerns relating to neglect and poor documentation. As a result, we undertook an assessment to review 12 quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective, and well-led only. We did not find any safeguarding concerns or concerns relating to incident management. However, we did raise concerns over auditing systems and ensuring care plans reflect people’s current support needs. The overall rating for the service has remained ‘Good’ based on the findings of this inspection.”
