“We found people were safe at St Anne’s. Care plans and risk assessments were thorough and person centred. The environment people lived in was safe and free from hazards. The service took action to prevent safeguarding events from occurring and learned from any incidents or complaints.”

“We observed caring practice and staff who knew the people who lived at St Anne’s well. People were treated with dignity and respect. People and their relatives were involved in their care and well communicated with. The service worked in partnerships with people and partner agencies such as commissioners and healthcare teams. Staff teams were knowledgeable and there was a positive culture with everyone supporting each other. Staff achievements and commitment were recognised and staff were encouraged to advance their skills.”
