“Right support: People lived safely and free from unnecessary restrictions because staff were highly proactive and assessed, monitored and managed risks very well. Staff supported people to lead full lives and be as independent as possible. Right care: People were kept safe from avoidable harm because staff knew people well and how to protect them from abuse. Staff were trained how to recognise and report abuse. The service had enough staff to meet people's needs. Right culture: There was a positive culture and people had choice and control over their lives.”
