“Silver Court is a residential care home which provides accommodation and personal care for up to 42 people. At the time of the assessment, there were 40 people living at the service, most of whom were living with dementia, mental health conditions and/or age related frailties. We carried out our on-site assessment on 7 December 2023, off site assessment activity started on 11 December 2023 and ended on 15 December 2023. We looked at 5 quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence, choice and control and Equity in experiences and outcomes.”
