“At the last inspection undertaken on 14 November 2019, The provider was in breach of Regulation 18 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, Staffing. At this assessment, improvements had been made and the provider was no longer in breach of Regulation 18. At the last inspection, the provider was in breach of Regulation 17 of the Health and Social Care Act 2004 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, Good governance. At this assessment, improvements had been made and the breach of Regulation 17 had been met.”

“People were supported by enough staff who had received the appropriate training to meet people’s needs. The Registered Manager had increased oversight on staffing arrangements and ensured that levels in the home met peoples needs and kept them safe.”
“The manager and provider had made significant improvements to the culture of the home, fostering an inclusive environment where staff felt comfortable and open at providing feedback and raising any issues. Staff spoke positively about the impact of the registered manager, who was focussed on continuous improvement and making themselves visible and active around the home. Quality assurance systems were in place to ensure that care was effectively monitored.”
“We carried out our on-site assessment on 29 January 2024, assessment activity started on 25 January 2024 and ended on 5 February 2024. We looked at 17 quality statements within the key questions of Safe, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.”
