“This assessment was triggered by concerns we received about the service. We looked at 5 quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence, choice and control, and Equity in experiences and outcomes.”
“At this assessment we found breaches of regulation as the provider needs to make improvements to ensure that people are supported in line with their assessed needs and preferences, people’s risk are effectively managed, and staffing levels are adequate to meet people’s needs in a timely way .”
