“The last rating for this service was Good (Published 1 July 2023). At this assessment the service has changed to requires improvement.”
“The service had systems in place to help ensure people received a good standard of care and the environment was managed safely. There were some areas which needed further development. This related to skin integrity and consistent safe working practice. In addition, governance systems needed to be more robust to identify and resolve these issues. Actions were added following our inspection feedback for the areas we raised as needing improvement.”
“The team worked with external professionals to improve and add to the service.”
“The management team were present in the home providing support and guidance. Staff received training and support.”
“People, relatives and staff had opportunities for meetings and sharing their views. We were told the management ream were responsive and helpful.”
“There were enough staff to meet people’s needs. Staff were positive about the service they provided, the management team and liked working there.”
