“Prideaux Lodge is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to up to 20 people. The service provides support to people who are living with dementia. We carried out our on-site assessment on 12 December 2023, off site assessment activity started on 06 December 2023 and ended on 21 December 2023. We looked at 5 quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence, choice and control and Equity in experiences and outcomes. Following this assessment the service has received a rating of good for all quality statements assessed.”
