“The manager was embedding new systems to ensure where concerns were identified and actions taken, all were completed. This was following identifying improvements were required in these areas .”

“Systems were in place to monitor the safety of the home environment, checks and safety certificates were in place. We identified some actions from a previous fire assessment were outstanding and during the assessment the manager confirmed the required work was taking place.”

“Safe recruitment processes were in place, staff completed an induction and ongoing training in their role. Meetings and supervision took place, the manager had identified this being an area of improvement they were currently undertaking.”

“The manager was undertaking improvements on oversight of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) following the local authority identifying improvements were required in this area.”
