Staff demonstrated a good understanding of people's individual preferences and support requirements and were committed to delivering person-centred care.”

“During the assessment, we identified some areas requiring improvement. These related to fire safety arrangements within the premises, the overall condition and maintenance of the building, and environmental safety features, including window restrictors. These concerns were discussed with the registered manager, who demonstrated a clear awareness of the issues and responded proactively by providing a detailed action plan outlining actions already completed and further improvements planned to address the identified concerns.”

“This demonstrated a positive commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and maintaining the quality and safety of the service. The registered manager expressed a strong commitment to ensuring that these improvements were implemented promptly, supported by recent enhancements to the provider's oversight arrangements.”
