The assessment included a visit to the service by 2 inspectors and an expert by experience on 21 December 2023. An Expert by Experience is a person who has personal experience of using or caring for someone who uses this type of care service. We looked at 3 key questions: Safe, Caring and Responsive. Following the assessment, the service has received an overall rating of good for all quality statements assessed.”
