“People were protected from all forms of abuse and staff had the skills to meet people’s needs. Managers had not always made prompt referrals for the authorisation of potentially restrictive care plans. However, following feedback this issue was promptly resolved.”

“The service was clean and staff understood how to manage infection control risks. All necessary checks had been completed to ensure the safety of the environment and equipment.”

“Medicines were generally managed safely. However, some staff were not yet fully comfortable with a recently introduced digital recording system. We did not identify anyone had come to harm as a result of this.”
