“Date of Assessment: 08 April to 16 April 2026. This service is a residential care home for older and younger adults with sensory impairment, physical disabilities, and for adults with a learning disability and autistic people. We assessed the service against ‘Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.”

“People received safe care and support. Learning from incidents informed practice, positive risk‑taking was encouraged, and safeguarding arrangements worked well. The environment was safe and well maintained, staffing levels met people’s needs, and staff were well trained, supported and safely recruited. Medicines and infection prevention were managed effectively, with strong partnership working supporting the delivery of safe care.”
