The provider managed recruitment safely, and ensured there were enough suitably trained, skilled and experienced staff available to meet people’s needs. Staff worked well together to provide care that was safe and responsive to individual needs.”

“Appropriate infection prevention and control measures were in place to help protect people from the risk of infection and cross contamination. The environment was clean, free from malodours and well maintained.”
