“Linkfield Court (Bournemouth) Limited is a residential care home, registered to accommodate up to 27 people who require personal care. The home does not provide nursing care. There were 21 people living at Linkfield Court (Bournemouth) Limited on the day of our inspection site visit. This assessment was undertaken on 27 June and 28 June 2024. Two inspectors attended Linkfield Court (Bournemouth) Limited to meet with the registered manager, people, and staff. The assessment was prompted by concerns we had received about the home in relation to managing risks for people and reporting safeguarding concerns. We looked at three quality statements within this assessment. Following the inspection we did not have any concerns about risk management and safeguarding procedures within the home. Risks to people’s health and well-being were assessed and managed well. The registered manager and staff spoke knowledgably regarding safeguarding procedures. There were clear procedures in place to keep people safe.”
