“Care plans and risk assessments sometimes lacked the necessary detail to support staff with managing specific healthcare needs. Some medicines with known additional risks had not been appropriately risk assessed or recorded at the time of the assessment. Following our visits, the registered manager started to respond to the concerns raised and make the required improvements.”
