“Hallmark Willingdon Park Manor Luxury Care Home was a well laid out and maintained home. The facilities met people’s needs and supported them to be independent. There were safe recruitment procedures in place. Staff were confident with the level of training they had received. There were relevant risk assessments in place for people, and these were viewed in their care plans. Safeguarding policies and procedures were in place, and any concerns were raised appropriately. Medicines were administered and stored safely. Staff knew people well and what was important to them and were able to deliver bespoke person-centred care that met the individual needs of everyone living there.”
