Records relating to people’s care and support were detailed and person centred. Staff recruitment processes were robust, and staff had received training relevant to their role. Records relating to the management of this service were detailed and consideration had gone into the analysis of accidents and incidents to help reduce future risks to people. People were safeguarded from the risk of abuse and the environment had been adapted to meet people’s specific needs.”
