“Date of assessment: 18 November to 24 November 2025.”
“The provider had made improvements since the last inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations relating to safe care and treatment, premises and equipment, good governance and staffing. The registered manager had taken effective action to address the concerns previously identified. For example, the service had undergone a significant renovation throughout, meaning it was adequately maintained, and there were now systems and processes in place to ensure infection prevention and control was effective.”

There was a positive culture among staff at all levels, and a clear vision and strategy. The registered manager completed audits and had a detailed action plan to identify and make improvements.”

“Staff were kind and caring and had positive relationships with people, demonstrated good knowledge of their roles and most staff told us they felt supported and valued by the management team.”
