“We found that medicines were not always managed safely, and we observed a hot food trolley unattended which was hot to the touch, this put people at risk of harm. The provider was proactive in responding promptly to these issues when brought to their attention.”
“People’s needs were assessed appropriately, and care reflected people’s individual needs and preferences.”
“Staff provided safe care and treated people with kindness and compassion.”
“The provider had structured governance systems and audits which were effective in identifying and addressing concerns. Staff received training and regular supervision to maintain high quality care.”
