Staff understood people’s needs and the care and support provided was person centred. Communication between management and the staff was effective and the provider was good at responding to and acting when concerns were raised.”

“Staff received regular supervision, attended staff meetings, and had opportunities to feedback or comment on the support they received and how the service was operating. The manager and staff worked hard to continuously maintain standards and enhance people’s quality of life.”

“Staff training was not all up to date owing to changes in training provider. We discussed this during the assessment and managers took action to rectify this and implement a plan to ensure training was updated.”
