“We assessed the service on 9 May to 14 May 2025. We assessed this service due to the age of the rating. We have looked at all key questions and quality statements. We found people received high quality care, which was individualised to them and focused on their wishes and preferences. There was a strong leadership team which drove continuous improvement and created a positive approach to care which people benefitted from. People were supported to eat and drink with a good nutritious diet. Staff were trained well and recruited safely. Staff had a strong ethos of putting people at the centre of their care with a large variety of activities taking place, which was inclusive for all people. Medication was safely managed and administered and staff were skilled and well trained to ensure people received the right support. At our last inspection, the service was in breach of legal regulation where infection, prevention and control practices were below expected standards and management oversight of the service was not robust. The provider was no longer in breach of these regulations.”
