“Date of assessment: 1 April 2025 to 9 April 2025. Cleveland House is a residential care home supporting 6 people who were living with a learning disability. We completed this assessment to check improvements had been made since our last inspection.”
“We have assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.”

“At our last inspection the service had 2 breaches of regulation including providing safe care and management of the service. At this assessment we found improvements had been made and the service was no longer in breach of regulation.”
“Potential risks had been assessed, and people had been included in managing these risks. There were effective systems in place to monitor the service, when shortfalls were found action had been taken. There were enough skilled staff to meet people’s needs. Medicines were managed safely.”
