“Our assessment started on 19 July 2024 and ended on 24 July 2024. We visited the service on the 23 July 2024.”

“The rating at our last inspection was requires improvement (Published 28 June 2022). At the last inspection, we had identified breaches relating to safe care and treatment and good governance. We carried out this assessment to check whether the provider had made the required improvements. We found they had made some, but not enough, improvement. We found the provider was still breaching regulations relating to safe care and treatment and good governance. We will request an action plan from the provider to understand what they will do to improve the standards of quality and safety.”
