People were supported to enjoy a variety of activities to keep their mind and body active, which promoted well-being. There was good leadership and management at the service. Staff worked well with other agencies to meet people’s needs. Staff described a supportive working environment and were able to contribute to ideas to improve practice. There were effective governance processes, to ensure continuous improvement.”
