The service is based in a large house; a single story modern extension has been built for people requiring reablement. Bedrooms in the main house covered 3 floors reached by a stair lift.”
“Our visit was unannounced and took place between 21 to 30 January 2025. The assessment was to follow up on previous enforcement action to make improvements to the service linked to safeguarding, safe care and treatment and good governance.”
