“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible. People received person centred care to remain safe and their independence was promoted. Care plans were personalised and included clear guidance for staff to provide person centred care.”

“People lived in a clean and hygienic environment. Regular checks were carried out on the premises and equipment and any action identified was monitored.”

“At our last inspection, the service was rated requires improvement and there were breaches of regulations. At this assessment we found improvements had been made in relation to managing risks to people, person-centred care, staff training and governance systems and processes. The provider was no longer in breach of those regulations.”
