“The provider demonstrated they were meeting the principles of right support, right care, right culture. People were treated as individuals and able to make choices about their lives. The staff knew people well and had good relationships with them. Not everyone could use words to communicate. The staff found ways to ensure people were able to understand them and be understood. The staff supported people in the least restrictive way and promoted their independence. Staff understood ways to ensure people felt supported and safe which reflected their individual needs.”
